What is Egmatic?
Egmatic is a no-code editor for 2D games. Solo developers and small teams build game mechanics in a visual node-based editor, design scenes by dragging and dropping elements, and test changes in a real-time preview without waiting for builds.
How it works
The editor handles the creative work and outputs clean, versioned JSON. A separate engine — built on .NET 9 and MonoGame 3.8 — reads that output through clean JSON contracts, so editor and runtime stay decoupled. One project publishes to Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS with no per-platform setup.
